  Having owned yellow cabs for 9 years back in the 80's ,I had need of one to pick up my husband at the Caboolture hospital entrance to bring him home on discharge this morning 6/2/16....Thank you to the cabby who showed such concern and friendliness to my husband after his unfortunate accident. It's still holding the lead in taxi service.

  Let me tell you a story . A young girl fit and active went walking one night. She had not long moved to the area. Along the way she became disorinentated due to darkness and tiredness. This story could of played out with different scenarios. As a mum my thoughts went to a young girl being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

  When questioned about the amount of maxi taxis they had in service on a Saturday night I was hung up on. Will never use yellow cabs again and will advise anyone else to use black and white cabs.

  From the control room to the driver of the yellow cab they were tenacious in finding this girl . At no point did this company consider hanging up because it seemed to difficult to find the customer at no point did the driver think about terminating the booking.

  In recent events public opinion had supported the newly introduced service of uber. There has been a lot a comparison of uber versus taxi and more importantly the impact on livelihoods of taxi drivers that have been in the business meeting vulnerable people's needs and getting them home safe so they get to be around the ones they love for another day.

  A yellow cab was called to the location of the distressed young girl. The road and area was great for walking and getting exercise but lacked light and was isolated.

  This service tonight in Caboolture at approx 9.15pm could of had the potential to save a life. To think what could of happened if someone else's daughter was picked up by strangers with other intentions. Thank God a yellow cab was called . They were every way professional but went way beyond a taxi service. Tonight they were my daughter's guardian angels. This branch of yellow cab needs commending on a job well done. Thank you.
