  Friendly staff. Ordered from the self service kiosk and they had the option for table delivery. Ordering was easy and the food came much quicker than expected considering how busy it was

  I’ve gone through the drive thru at 11:20 and the crew memeber that was serving us was so rude as well as the manager he was overly rude I honestly thought maccas had excellent customer service but no my experience was such a crappy experience I am appalled about this I hope yous fox your attitudes and speak nicer and use manners aswell

  This was our first time visiting this McDonald's but we found it to be a big improvement from the one where we used to live. The store is lovely and open with plenty of natural light and potted plant life to encourage natural air, and it looks great decoratively too. We came in the evening around dinner time and the store was pretty quiet, the service was fast, there was no line and the counter staff were friendly, courteous, well presented and were quickly able to take the correct order, the cook staff delivered a well-prepared and presented hot meal and cold drinks to our table; we had table service as we were eating in and we found the service quite fast and the server polite, the table setting to be quite cosy with plenty of natural light as well as some really pretty low hanging lights. The whole restaurant was neat and clean and tidy and there was staff walking around at all times wiping the tables and emptying the bins. They do have a quite exceptional looking play area for the children as well however as it was night time we didn't actually go on it and I didn't see it that well in the dark. This will be our regular McDonald's now as we've recently moved up the road from it so I'll be able to give my opinion on other areas of this McDonald's as we visit more often, but for our first visit we are exceptionally pleased and will most definitely be coming back to this McDonald's.

  Clean and tidy store with good natural light. Friendly and helpful staff. Meal prepared well and served hot. Off street parking and drive through.

  Well signposted and easy to navigate, staff always friendly. Large external screens help to ensure your order is correct. Since this upgrade they have never got an order wrong. I love their coffee. Very well situated with easy access although there is a big bump joining the major road, so beware if you have a low lying car. I'd like to see the entrance reviewed one day to make energy and exit much smoother. There are a lot of speed bumps around the restaurant which is annoying, but considering the size and attractive for kids, I chalk it up to a necessary evil.
