  When I brought it to the attention of the assistant manager (Tall slim guy with glasses) he told me that Stretco had a 10mm industry standard meaning that the 'Special Order' could be 10mm shorter than I ordered. What rubbish. Why not just admit that they messed up twice. No apology at the time. Was told that the supplier would have to switch of machinery and re-calibrate just for my order. I was just told that it was not their fault and they would re-order again. That they would 'NOTE' on the order a request for the correct length.

  We spent over $1000 dollars on 'Good Neighbour' fencing from Stratco Caboolture. Great product.

  On Thursday 23rd Feb I went back to Stratco to collect the 'correct' special order and when I compared it next to the incorrect order I was returning found they were exactly the same length.

  On Sat 18th Feb collected my 'Special Order' took it home and discovered it was 10mm shorter then the lenght I ordered. Phoned Stratco immediately and was told they were sorry and would re order .

  Fantastic Customer Service. I have frequented this store over the past 6 years. Every time i walk in the door i'm greeted with happy smiling staff. Massive thanks to Alisha, Wade & Allan especially.

  10 days ago, sub contractor for patio / deck arrives and measures up for quote. As of today still no quote. Tried to phone Caboolture store and got Marrochydore, they gave me a number, which is disconnected! Seems like they don't need the business. The subies phone number is also wrong!

  My husband went back a few weeks later to order 2 lengths of 'Good Neighbour Rail'@ 3.165mm long. Was told by staff member it would need to be a 'Special Order' and would be available for collection in 3 days.
