  I have only had experience with the service department. I took my car in for a scheduled service. I had heard how expensive Holden servicing can be but I wanted to go there to feel more comfortable about not being ripped off by other mechanics. After paying $500 for a service that seemed pretty standard (nothing major) the man at the counter started writing up an A4 paper of all the things "wrong" with my car. He mentioned an issue with my radiator and I was shocked as I had only just had the hole thing replaced a few months prior. Because I questioned him on the radiator he didn't put it on my list of car faults. I questioned him further because I wanted to know more about it if there was actually an issue. He went on to ask the mechanics what the problem was and told me my coolant would need a top up (which was not what he first said). I checked my coolant later that day it could not have been more full. This makes me question the rest of the list that they wrote out for me? Unfortunately I don't trust their opinion any more and I don't think I will be going back to Holden Beecham after this experience.

  5 star service from the staff in the workshop. Have always had my car serviced here and I will not get my car serviced anywhere else.

  My husband works every day during the week and we have 3 kids including a 6month old baby, but only one at school which makes getting our car dropped off for service tricky especially organising car seats. Well nothing is too much trouble for these guys, it really is good old fashioned service ... so rare these days. I drove my car to them, they drove me and my children home, then drove my car back to be serviced. Then once the service was completed they came and picked me up. Thank you very much for your kindness Ashley and Bob, you are both true gentlemen and Beecham Holden are very lucky to have you both.

  I cannot praise the team at Beecham Holden enough for their incredible service. They made the purchase of my car a truly special experience. They even stayed back well past business hours to allow me to test drive & buy my car. The whole team were fantastic, but special thanks to Colin & Lachlan for their patience & support through this whole process. I cannot praise them enough! Fantastic people, Fantastic service & fantastic price!

  The customer service of Beecham Holden was very high, staff are knowledgeable and happy to assist as much as possible. the time frame in which I needed a vehicle delivered was quite short but everything was provided on time and without hassle. I was not a Holden person, however the experience with the staff here and the features and quality of the vehicle provided was high enough to change my mind.

  All the team at Beecham Holden were fantastic! The purchase/finance/delivery of my new car went so smoothly, the whole process was a joy. And, I just LOVE the car itself - can't stop checking in on it :)
